You can’t go wrong with a Banquet Burger. Copperworks cooks no exception to this rule. They stand apart with their in house crafted cheese. That stuff is delicious.
The patty was good, but was missing some of the juiciness you expect from a higher-end burger. It could simply be that their cook pressed down too much on the patty while on the grill. The condiments were standard, fresh and tasty.
The presentation was okay. I’m not a fan of burgers being plated open face style. I want to see the burger come out in it’s full form, the way the chef intended it to be.
Over all, a good burger experience. If you haven’t had their signature burger, “The Copperworks Burgerâ€, I would start there.INGREDIENTS:- ● Cheddar Cheese
